Heaven Now Missions
We can now receive tax-deductible donations!
A few years ago, some people sent donations to help us care for Edgar. He was an elderly man we rescued from bandits who were torturing him and demanding money. We kept him with us and cared for him until he passed away. Friends continued to help us with a hydroponic garden project for the House of Peace, bringing Bibles to people living at local rescue missions, and more.
We now have a nonprofit missions organization partner so that people can send tax-deductible donations in the United States.
If you donate through Joshua’s Army, please make sure to include “Heaven Now Missions” on your check or in the note on your Paypal/Zelle payment.
If donors want to send through Zelle or Paypal: joshuasarmy@proton.me Please include your email address in the Zelle note so we can send you a receipt.
Zelle is preferable because it doesn’t charge the fees that Paypal does.

How are the donations used?
We are buying food, soap, and Bibles for the local rescue missions we partner with. These missions have little support, yet are doing a tremendous work of faith. They help people to get off of drugs and care for the mentally ill, the elderly, and the abused. I love going to these places, preaching, and believing for people who few others believe for. Sometimes I come back and cry for a long time because of how I’ve seen God’s love poured out. We’ve seen the lame walking, teeth healed, healing of deafness and vision problems, and much more. We bring food and soap in bulk. We distribute Bibles if needed, preach, pray for everyone, and spend time talking to and encouraging the people there. We would also like to bring milk and diapers for the local orphanage.
I also go on local evangelistic outreaches, especially to poor or dangerous places, and we see Jesus do many wonders there! For a long time, I have mostly paid to preach because it is mostly evangelistic and/or going to broken people who don’t have anything to give me! Just Uber rides are a significant cost, and there are often other costs associated with these missions.
I currently work full-time teaching English and am busy 7 days a week on most weeks with my job and with mission work. I’ve taken off work at times to do more missions work and have sometimes been preaching and praying for people from early in the morning until late at night! It’s thrilling but tiring! As the Lord provides, missions support may enable me to move to teaching English part-time so as to dedicate more time to local rescue missions and evangelistic missions. In May I am going to an impoverished region of Brazil in which some people have never heard the gospel. It is notorious for child prostitution, incest, and sexual abuse. We are believing for the gospel to change the culture! Donations have already paid for travel costs, but we also want to bring Bibles and food when we go.
